Crazy Weather
So yesterday was April 30th and we had a baseball game in lovely Hammond, NY. All of a sudden it started snowing, sleeting, hailing, you name it, it did it. We did end up winning but I have a cold and am still freezing thinking about how damn cold it was. It was so cold that i couldn't even write when keeping the books. I guess I survived it but what is going on with this crazy weather. Well better get back to work. PEACE.
Sick Of Reading The News
I don't know about you guys but I am getting sick and tired of reading the news. Everyday headlines read, Gas Prices Going Up Again, Hillary and Obama fight, Teacher get's with student, Celebrity breaks the law gets probation, Adult with child, Person Murdered, blah blah blah..., I mean hell there was a story that broke today about Karl Malone getting a 13 year old pregnant and just telling his son who is an NFL player a couple years ago that he was his kid. Seriously this is one reason I do not buy the newspaper. Sick of reading these articles. Oh well nothing I can do about it. There I feel a little better now, thanks for letting me vent. Peace.

Oh Roger

Well Roger Clemens makes the news again. HOF career looking more and more like it's not going to happened. Hell of a pitcher but a hell of an idiot. Apparently when he was 28 or so he had relations with a 15 year old. The thought of it makes me sick so i'll post the story and leave it at that.
"Barricaded behind tightly drawn blinds at her Nashville home Monday, country singer Mindy McCready confirmed a long-term affair with embattled pitcher Roger Clemens.
"I cannot refute anything in the story," a tearful but resolute McCready told the Daily News, which broke the story at midnight Sunday.
The News reported that the two met in a Florida karaoke bar when McCready was a 15-year-old aspiring singer and Clemens was a 28-year-old ace for the Red Sox and a married father of two.
"Yes, I have known Roger Clemens for a long time," McCready said, reading from a prepared statement. "He's a kind and caring man. He's also a legendary athlete. The central topic in the debate, however, regards his professional life, not his personal life.
"There are legal matters working their way through the system that have nothing to do with me. From my point of view, that is where the focus should remain."
After the teenage McCready met Clemens at a Fort Myers bar called The Hired Hand, she returned with the Rocket to his hotel room, but there was no sex that night, sources told The News.
It wasn't until later, after McCready had moved to Nashville and become a country singing star, that the relationship turned intimate.
Clemens is under FBI investigation for perjury after denying, under oath, accusations by his former personal trainer Brian McNamee that the seven-time Cy Young Award winner used performance-enhancing drugs.
The Rocket filed a defamation suit against McNamee on Jan. 6. McNamee's lawyer Richard Emery said revelations of the affair would have a big impact on that case because they influence Clemens' claim that his reputation was damaged.
"If the case heads to trial and is not dismissed, as we feel it should be, we will be calling [McCready] as a witness," Emery said.
"The point is whether he was damaged by the allegations that he used steroids - he claims he was hurt. But if there are other women - and there's not just one case, but many - and he holds himself out as a family man and an American paradigm, it's relevant.
"None of this would have been revealed but for his lawsuit and sanctimonious testimony before Congress."
In a statement Monday, Clemens' lawyer Rusty Hardin confirmed McCready was a longtime friend of Clemens and his family, but said the relationship was not sexual..."(http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/baseball/yankees/2008/04/28/2008-04-28_mindy_mccready_weeps_as_she_confirms_aff.html)

Seriously Still Alive
If there is anyone out there that is bored and just trying to kill sometime and decided to check this either on a daily or weekly basis i apologize for the lack of posts. Between fantasy baseball, the bar scene, coaching, and actually being busy at work I haven't had a lot of time to post. I will make it up to you though don't you worry. Amongst my lack of posts and bar scene I did get a halfway decent to kind of crappy quality video of the Mayor Morley jamming some spoons. So check it out and I will try and find something good to post about if you any suggestions or topic's let me know. PEACE.

Pirates Update
Just in case you haven't been paying any attention to the Pittsburgh Pirates which I'm sure several of you have not and probably never will, but they are 6-6. They got swept by the Cubs then swept the Reds. One game that they should not have lost was game 2 vs the cubs they were tied going into the bottom of the 9Th. Pirates had a guy on 1st and 3rd with 1 out, somehow the signals got mixed or somebody didn't do what they were supposed to and a bad bunt turned into an out and no run and the Pirates lost in extra innings. They have an up and coming series in Los Angeles which sucks because the game doesn't start until 10:10 here. Pretty sure I've snagged some tickets to a Met's Pirates game which me and the Doc are going to attend if all works out. BOO-YA. Plus Bay looks good so far, McLouth and Doumit are a huge surprise and are looking good so far also. All in all if we can finish close to .500 or not finish last in the NL or maybe even the division that would be sweet. Only time will tell.
Yeah Yeah Yeah
I know it has been awhile since I have made a post but I have some good reason's (excuses). First of all I was suffering depression after watching my Tarheels play like crap and lose to Kansas. I hate you Kansas. (Still a sensitive subject) Also I was sick for about a week with some terrible stomach pain thing. According to webmd though I will live. (God I hope Web MD is accurate) We did get a new keg a couple of weeks ago so that also was above making posts. Also making the posts more difficult to come by was the amount of work (and fantasy baseball) I have had. Also I bought MLB.TV so I have excess to every live MLB game well of course besides the NY team's because of blackout reason's. There also goes a couple more hours a day. Plus believe it or not I have a couple TV shows I watch every week, and I have some kind of a life, and I sleep. So it breaks down to my pure laziness and nothing else. Yes I know this is a weak post but I am building up some steam and time to search for some kind of news or something else interesting besides my life. No crazy stories or funny stories that I can think of off the top of my head that happened to me so I will try and find something worth on the net. On a side note Dr. Crackmeupmakemefeelohsogood will be home this weekend and that is very, very exciting to have him back up for a good drunken time. (assuming he still drinks because he is training like he is trying to make the Olympics in 2012) The man, the myth, the legend did go for a run the other day and was not happy with his decision. This made me laugh because I sadly enough would have been in way worst shape then he was. Some people are made to be in shape and run and all that good stuff, and well some are made to just be kind of chunky and drink beer. I am in the second group so be it. Peace UP A-Town Down.
