Rutgers came from behind and beat the #3 team in the country. They were down 25-7 and came back and won 28-25. If it wasn't for an offsides call on Louisville they would of had the ball back and went to O.T. But since they were offsides Ito the kicker got another chance and nailed it from 28 yards for the win.
